These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wh999 ("wh999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wh999 website located at wh999.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

wh999 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information and access platform. Our primary audience consists of adult users based in Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. However, these Terms apply to all users regardless of their geographic location.

wh999 does not hold a gambling license issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. Players are solely responsible for determining the lawfulness of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before participating. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. wh999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any time, and failure to provide them will result in Account suspension.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who lack legal capacity, are subject to guardianship orders or have had gambling accounts suspended by other operators are not eligible.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or voluntary exclusion arrangement with wh999 or any other gambling operator or jurisdiction-level exclusion scheme.
• Accurate information: All registration information provided — including your full name, date of birth, email address and residential address — must be truthful, accurate and kept up to date. Accounts opened with false information are subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.
• Not a restricted jurisdiction resident: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is wholly prohibited by applicable law and where wh999 expressly excludes such users. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One account only: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same person, all such accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.

wh999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that no longer meets these eligibility criteria at any point during the user relationship.

Once your Account is registered, the following rules apply at all times:

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party who gained access through your own negligence — is your responsibility.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wh999 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. wh999 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification. wh999 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing any withdrawal, when Account activity triggers risk controls, or when required under applicable anti-money laundering procedures. Required documents may include government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership.

4.4 Account Currency. Accounts may be held in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other currencies as made available by the Platform. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by wh999 and may include a spread. PKR figures shown on the Platform are illustrative and subject to the live rate at the time of transaction.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. wh999 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable policy, and reserves the right to close dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice to the email address on file.

Subject to these Terms, wh999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform;
• Use automated means — including bots, crawlers, scrapers or similar tools — to access, monitor or extract content from the Platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform;
• Access the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating an affiliate business that is not expressly authorised in writing by wh999;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website without prior written consent from wh999.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, game titles, software and data, is either owned by wh999 or licensed to wh999. Unauthorised use of Platform content is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

wh999 may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including the availability of any game, sports market, feature or promotion, without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on wh999 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued and displayed to you. If a confirmation is not displayed or received, the bet should be treated as unconfirmed and you must contact support before placing a further wager on the same event.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and markets. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of bet placement. wh999 reserves the right to apply personalised stake limits to individual accounts, particularly where betting patterns indicate systematic or professional activity.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Markets. Pakistan cricket markets — including Pakistan national team matches, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC Champions Trophy, ICC World Cup and other international tournaments — are among the most popular markets on wh999. Specific rules apply to each sport and bet type, including void conditions, match abandonment policies and in-play settlement rules. These sport-specific rules are published within the relevant market sections of the Platform.

6.4 Obvious Errors. If a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in pricing, market description or payout calculation (a "Palpable Error"), wh999 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the User's Account. Deliberate exploitation of obvious errors is classified as prohibited conduct under Clause 9.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to a settled bet must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. Supporting evidence should be submitted to [email protected]. wh999's decision on bet disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review processes.

6.6 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are settled based on official data sources and verified event results. Connection interruptions, delayed data feeds or device issues during live betting are the sole risk of the User. wh999 does not accept liability for bets not placed or confirmed due to technical issues on the User's side.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions and free bets offered by wh999 are subject to these Terms and the specific terms published per promotion ("Promotion-Specific Terms"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Promotion-Specific Terms, the Promotion-Specific Terms govern for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are not directly withdrawable. You must complete the stated wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Exact multiples are stated per promotion.

7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the Promotion-Specific Terms.

7.4 Maximum Bet Under Bonus. While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum bet limit applies to all real-money wagers placed during the bonus period. Exceeding this limit is classified as a violation of bonus terms and may result in bonus cancellation and the forfeiture of any associated winnings.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the stated validity period, which is set out in the Promotion-Specific Terms. Expired bonus funds and any accrued wagering progress will be removed from the Account without compensation.

7.6 Abuse and Misuse. wh999 monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering on high-odds outcomes, coordinated use of bonuses across multiple accounts, and use of matched betting or arbitrage strategies in conjunction with bonus funds. Detected abuse will result in bonus cancellation, account review and possible closure.

8.1 Deposits. Deposits are processed through payment channels made available on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period, as displayed in the cashier. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — wh999 does not accept deposits from third parties.

8.2 Payment Method References. Familiar Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on the Platform as contextual guidance for Pakistani users. These references are informational only. None of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with wh999 or any gambling activity. Actual payment method availability is confirmed in the live cashier at the time of deposit or withdrawal.

8.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. wh999 reserves the right to request documentation at any time before releasing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible ("return to source"). Processing times vary by method and are estimates only — wh999 does not guarantee specific timeframes.

8.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Maximum limits may be applied on a per-transaction, per-day or per-week basis. High-value withdrawals may be paid in instalments at wh999's discretion.

8.5 Failed Transactions. wh999 is not liable for delays or failures caused by the User's payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable time, contact support with the transaction reference and your payment provider's confirmation. Duplicate deposit requests arising from impatience can result in double-charging — always wait for confirmation before attempting again.

8.6 Anti-Money Laundering. wh999 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with its license obligations. Suspicious transaction patterns, structuring activity and unusual source-of-funds indicators will be investigated. wh999 may report suspicious activity to applicable authorities as required by law and may suspend Account access pending investigation without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wh999 Platform. Violations may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment details, opening accounts under false names or engaging in any other form of fraudulent conduct.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated tools to place bets, navigate the Platform or gain a systematic advantage over other users or the operator.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit team betting situations or share information to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer or any other multi-player format.
• Arbitrage and matched betting with bonuses: Using bonus funds as part of an arbitrage or matched betting strategy designed to eliminate risk at the operator's expense.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately identifying and exploiting palpable pricing errors, system glitches or software bugs to generate winnings beyond what would be produced under correct operation.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal financial activity.
• Minors' access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 18 years of age, or the applicable higher minimum age.

All intellectual property on the wh999 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, graphics, design elements, software code, game content, editorial content and data — is the exclusive property of wh999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any wh999 intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from the Platform without prior express written permission from wh999.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to wh999 — including comments about Platform features, game suggestions or service improvements — may be used by wh999 without restriction, compensation or attribution to you.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wh999, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or inability to access the Platform.

11.2 wh999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 wh999 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures and events outside wh999's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. wh999 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.5 The Platform and all content within it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wh999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any content on the Platform, including game information, odds data and payment method guides.

12.1 Termination by wh999. wh999 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction;
• Your Account is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of the request;
• Continued operation of your Account would expose wh999 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

12.2 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. If you have a positive Account Balance at the time of closure (and have satisfied all applicable wagering and KYC requirements), the Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 9, 10, 11 and 13 — will remain in force after the termination of your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wh999 holds its operating license. Specific jurisdictional details are available on request from our support team.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. wh999 does not waive any rights under applicable international law by making the Platform accessible from Pakistan. It is each User's sole responsibility to ensure that their participation in online gambling complies with all laws applicable to them personally.

Any dispute between you and wh999 that cannot be resolved by our internal complaints process shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body under wh999's licensing framework. You agree that the courts of the governing jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

wh999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any material change, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically, particularly before claiming any new promotion or making a significant deposit. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request from our support team.
